On site rules & regulations
- On site speed: 5mph
- Use hazard lights at all times
- Pedestrians have right of way
- Be cautious of dogs & wildlife, this is an inner-city park
- There will be a Park Run with approx 500 runners around the park during setup hours.
- BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS WHEN DRIVING.
Setup information
- Date: 25th July 2026
- Access is gained via Gate 1 ONLY
- Nobody will be manning Gate 2 or Gate 3, so please do not call requesting access.
- No exceptions allowed
- Access time: 6:30am until 9:30am
- Vehicles must be either hidden behind stalls on the pathway/hard standing
- Or removed and parked under the railway bridge
- Exhibitors structures secured with pegs, weights &/or straps & must have complete setup for 10:45am
- Final checks before opening at 11am
- On site liaison: Joshua (available onsite only on festival day, no mobile)
Breakdown information
- Breakdown can begin at 7pm
- No vehicle movement until all festival guests are cleared from the venue
- Security will provide patrolled walks out of the park to the main road.
