We’re looking for a Stage Manager to join the LancsFest team and take charge of the Arts Stage!
Role:
- Pre-Festival (Voluntary): Help with planning, scheduling, and liaising with artists. Hours are flexible and unpaid.
- Festival Day (Paid): 25th July 2026, 11:00 – 18:00 | £15/hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage artists, tech crew, and volunteers on the Arts Stage
- Keep performances on schedule and handle last-minute changes
- Follow health, safety, and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- Based in Preston or nearby
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Experience in stage management or live events preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain a DBS check (festival can cover the cost)
